2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For New Items:
Exchanges and returns are accepted for any item that we have in stock.
For Second-Hand Items:
Returns are accepted within 48 hours, and exchanges are allowed within 2 weeks. However, if any changes were made for the client, such as resizing or resetting, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
Custom-Made Items:
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items that are custom-made, as these are uniquely crafted as per individual customer specifications.
