1.INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Dianoche Pte Ltd. We specialize in offering both new and pre-owned diamond and gem jewelry, as well as loose diamonds. Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our policies below to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
2.STORE POLICY
Trade-In Service:
Customers can opt to pay for their purchases using old jewelry. The value of the old jewelry will be assessed and deducted from the total purchase price.
Upgrade Service:
For larger deals, customers have the option to upgrade their jewelry. Specific terms and conditions apply, and details can be discussed with our customer service team.
3.WARRANT & AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity:
All our jewelry, whether new or used, is authenticated and inspected for quality assurance. The larger loose diamonds are certified and graded to ensure transparency and trust. Many of the small diamonds jewels are also certified or can be certified by request.
Warranty for New Items:
We offer a one-year warranty on the setting of side diamonds less than 0.05 ct. Given the refined nature of setting side diamonds, occasional setting mistakes may occur. Our warranty ensures that any lost or fallen side diamonds within the specified size will be reset at no additional cost to the customer.
Warranty for Second-Hand Items:
A 6-month warranty is provided on the setting of side stones. If damage is done to it by the client, we will attempt to repair it.
4. CUSTOMIZATION AND RESIZING
Resizing for Second-Hand Items:
Resizing for second-hand items is not always possible. However, if achievable, a fee of 50 SGD will be charged.
Resizing for new Items:
Resizing is not always possible, and we might have to remake the ring. However, if achievable (normally about 3-5 sizes at the most) It is free of charge.
Other Customizations:
If a customer requests any other customization, the shipping might be delayed beyond the standard 2 working days. Please note that custom-made items are crafted specifically as per customer requirements.

Ultrasonic Cleaning:
Customers are always welcome to visit us for a free ultrasonic cleaning of their jewelry, ensuring it remains sparkling and well-maintained.
