For New Items: Exchanges and returns are accepted for any item that we have in stock, and exchanges are allowed within 1 week. 

Trade-in: We do offer exchange where you can choose any item from our existing stock of the same value of the loose diamond that you purchased from us.

Domestic Shipping: For customers within Singapore, standard shipping rates and times apply. High ticket items will be delivered by a taxi, and in some cases, by an employee for added security and convenience.

International Shipping: All international shipments are sent via a 100% insured express service to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your purchase.

Processing Time: We ship orders within 2 working days, unless modifications are requested by the customer.
